• Use the asset without limitation in the number of reproductions.

• Use the asset any longer than 1 year from the closing of the order.

• Use the asset without time limitation.

⛔ The client cannot

• If the quantity is not explicitly stated between the designer and the client: use the asset for more than 1000 physically reproduced objects.

✅ The client can

• Use the asset without time limitation.
• Use the asset without limitation in the number of reproductions.

✅ The client can

• Use the asset for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
• Use the asset for merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively “Merchandise”), including, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, provided that such Merchandise incorporates material creative or functional elements apart from the Image(s).

✅ The designer can

• Use the asset for self-advertisement e.g., in the portfolio.
• Use asset elements in other orders and projects

⛔ The designer cannot

• Use the asset in other orders and projects for 1 year from the closing of the order.

✅ The client can

• Use the asset for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
• Use the asset for merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution (collectively “Merchandise”), including, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, provided that such Merchandise incorporates material creative or functional elements apart from the Image(s).
• Modify the asset, including changing the resolution.

⛔ The designer cannot

• Use the asset for self-advertisement e.g., in the portfolio.
• Use the asset and its elements in other orders and projects for 1 year from the closing of the order.
