Poppies — Original Acrylic Painting

Poppies is a one-of-a-kind original painting from my Language of Flowers series.

In the language of flowers, poppies symbolise consolation — a quiet kind of comfort offered when words are not enough. The painting combines a calm, sorrowful face with vivid red poppies and a rhythmic pattern of stems and leaves. The stems crossing the face resemble tears, turning the traditional meaning of the flowers into part of the image.

Painted by hand in my studio in Prague. Only one original exists.

Shipping & returns

This original painting ships directly from my studio in Prague, Czech Republic. It will be carefully protected and sent with tracking and insurance.

Original artworks are shipped separately from prints and other products fulfilled by Printful. If you order them together, they will arrive in separate packages.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Buyers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

EU customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the painting. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or does not match the description. Please see the Refund Policy for complete details.

Allergy notice

This artwork was created in a home studio shared with cats. It will be carefully inspected and packed before shipping, but I cannot guarantee that it is completely free from cat allergens. Please consider this before purchasing if you have a severe cat allergy.
